Who you are dealing with
Sales are made by Siamak Khoshnoodfar, 4 rue pierre gaiellette, 59124 Escaudain, France, khoshnoodfarporiya@gmail.com. These terms apply to book orders through an enabled online checkout and to orders arranged by email through this site.
The seller's legal identity, postal address, tax treatment, shipping charges and dispatch times must be completed and confirmed before online sales are enabled.
Works and books
Each painting is an original, one of a kind. Once a work is sold it is marked as such on this site. Colours on a screen are an approximation: the tone and texture of an acrylic surface never reproduce exactly, and small variation between screen and canvas is not a defect.
The physical book is offered in a Persian edition and a French edition at €25 each, including applicable VAT. The French book VAT rate confirmed by the seller is 5.5%. Online delivery is available to the European destinations, United States and Canada offered at checkout. Shipping charges and the total are shown before payment; for an email order, they are quoted before you confirm.
Placing an order
When online checkout is available, select a book edition and continue to Stripe's hosted payment page. Review the edition, quantity, delivery address, shipping charge and total before confirming payment. The atelier manually prepares paid book orders using the order details and payment status recorded in Stripe's dashboard.
Painting enquiries and orders not offered through online checkout are arranged by email; availability, the total price and the payment method are confirmed before payment. Online payment methods are those displayed by Stripe. This site does not store card details. Never send payment credentials by email.
Delivery
Paid book orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Painting dispatch times are confirmed before ordering. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and are given as estimates, not guarantees. Local import taxes or carrier fees may apply outside the EU. For U.S. orders, the seller arranges and prepays import clearance.
Paintings are packed to order. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report any transit damage promptly, keeping the packaging. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period and return the item within 14 days of your notice. We refund the price and standard outbound delivery by the original payment method within 14 days of your notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof of return, whichever comes first.
Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or was not what was ordered. A work commissioned or personalised to your specification is exempt from this right, as EU law allows.
Guarantees and disputes
The legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects apply in full and are not affected by anything above.
These terms are governed by French law without limiting any mandatory consumer protections. If a dispute cannot be settled directly, you may contact NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE APPOINTED CONSUMER MEDIATOR.
